How to use these Release Notes
The release notes are organized by solution area. The UC identifier refers to a specific Use Case within the AssetOptics software development lifecycle (SDLC). An explanation of the Use Case and delivered functionality follow. If there are any configuration requirements, they will be listed in the Setup Requirements following the use case explanation. The setup requirements should be used by your system administrator to plan and execute the AssetOptics managed package upgrade.
Asset Management
UC-0341 APEX Code to update Asset Tag Top Level Parent and Asset Hierarchy
An APEX class has been created that automatically populates the uppermost asset in an asset hierarchy. Additionally, the level of the asset within the hierarchy is determined. This new feature provides the ability to perform various reporting requirements within a collection of assets.
Setup: None is required. However, to update the Top-Level Parent and the hierarchy level for all assets within a hierarchy, an update script must be run. Contact support@assetoptics.com for further assistance.
Inventory Management
UC-0246 Serialized Inventory on Transfer Orders
A Lightning Web Component (LWC) was delivered that now enables the transfer of serialized Stock Items on Transfer Orders.
Setup: None
UC-0435 Deprecated Validation Rule – TransQty_LE_OH_Qty_on_Transfer_Out
Deprecated a validation rule on the Transfer Order Transaction object that was made redundant with the release of a new LWC as stated in UC-0426. The validation rule explicitly resolves to FALSE.
Setup: Optionally you may deactivate the validation rule TransQty_LE_OH_Qty_on_Transfer_Out on the Transfer Order Transaction object.
UC-0439 Updated the Source Stock Item flow for Transfer Order Stock Items
Updated the Identify Source Stock Item flow. Enabled the ability to invoke on a serialized Stock Item in support of UC-0246.
Setup: Deactivate Version 1 of flow Identify Source Stock Item and activate Version 2.
Other
UC-0430 Added a Field Set to the APEX class SOQL for WO, PO & SIR PDFs
Added field sets to the Work Order, Purchase Order and Stock Issue Request objects, and to their respective child objects. These fields sets are referenced in the custom APEX controllers used to render the PDFs for printing. By referencing these field sets in the packaged APEX controller classes, you can more easily incorporate org specific custom fields into PDF printouts.

UC-0441 Added Action for Print PDF on WO, PO and SIR
Created new visualforce pages for WO, PO and SIR to print PDFs that can be called from Action buttons.

UC-0427 Assign Asset Attributes for Serialized PO Receipt
Updated the APEX class referenced from the PO Stock Item receipt LWC so that when an Asset is created during the receiving process for a serialized Stock Item, the related Item Master Attributes and Attribute Values are copied to the Asset Attributes and Attribute Values.

Work Management
UC-0434 Work Order Task Steps Open in Expanded Model on LWC
Added a Boolean attribute labeled Open In Expanded Mode to the Work Task Steps Lightning Web Component (LWC). Setting this value to TRUE on custom lightning record pages will by default display the Comments and Additional Details fields for the Work Task Step. When the value is FALSE (default setting on the packaged Work Task lightning record page), the LWC opens in a compact mode and the user must expand the section to record a comment or read the Additional Details.

UC-0438 Flow to Auto Assign Work Task to Work Assignment
Created a new flow labeled Auto Assign Work Task to Work Assignment. When active, this flow performs the following. When a Work Assignment is created and the Work Task is left blank, select and apply the first (lowest number) Work Task on the Work Order and populate that value to the Work Assignment. If the Work Order does not have any Work Tasks, create one and populate that Work Task to the Work Assignment.

UC-0440 Print Multiple Work Orders from List View
A new Work Order Print PDF Visualforce page was created that enables the user to print multiple Work Orders is a single PDF. This new Print PDF command button is accessed on the Work Order list view.
Setup: Display the Print PDF command button (ApiName WO_ListView_Print_PDF) on the Work Order list view. Do so by adding to the Salesforce Classic List View search layout.
